They are well thought-out and formatted in a way that's easy to use. The package includes clear documentation. I highly recommend this - it's well worth the price.

I love this spreadsheet! No more buying planners and forgetting where I put them and leaving them half finished. This google sheet is perfect to have anywhere I need, especially as someone who has ADHD. I like how easily I can track my goals. The automations are excellent. I’d like to see a version where the same actions get grouped together too like the same habit do. But other than that I’m enjoying it very much. I finally feel like I have a way to put the maze in my mind to actual actionable steps. And the questions next to the goals help remind me of the “why” when I forget on the hard days. I am also very happy that the creator always responds to my inquiries about it even if it is a silly question!
