How it works

Get started in 3 steps:

  • Step 1: Customize the template by making a list of the items you usually buy and the meals you usually prepare.
  • Step 2: Assign the items that should be added to your Grocery List automatically whenever you select a specific meal.
  • Step 3: Plan your meals for each day and watch as items are added automatically to your grocery list.

Do Google Sheets templates work in Excel?

No, Google Sheets templates are only compatible with Google Sheets and will NOT work in Excel.

Even though Excel and Google Sheets are both similar in some ways, not all the features and formulas are compatible with each other.

If you’re familiar with Excel you should be able to figure out Google Sheets in no time. The basic spreadsheet behavior is the same and all you need to get started is a FREE Google account. 

With the templates I created all you really need to do is fill out your information and follow the instructions to learn how to use the features included, so there’s really not that much that you need to know in terms of Google Sheets.

If you’re uncertain, you can always watch the demo videos linked in the description to make sure you will be able to navigate the spreadsheet and that it will be a good fit.
