This Digital Annual Planner is perfect if you want to plan your whole year in one place. Map out each month, plan your days around your goals, and track your habits all year long.

I wanted to bring together the BEST of both worlds: a layout that looks like a physical planner, and a Digital Planner that's smarter than a fillable PDF. So this is what I came up with. I hope you like it!

01. Initial Setup

Choose the month and year your template will begin, set the time your daily schedules start, and customize your priorities and categories.

02. Calendar Tabs (12 tabs)

Add your tasks, events, and deadlines to a dynamic calendar and see them on their day in your Daily Planner tabs. Includes a second calendar to brain dump and map out your weeks.

03. Daily Planner Tabs (12 tabs)

Set your intention and top 5 goals for the month, then plan every day with a top priority, a daily schedule, and a to-do list. Plus space to plan meals and workouts, practice gratitude, and take notes.

04. Habit Tracker Tabs (12 tabs)

Track daily habits, habits you want to do a few times per week, and numeric values.

05. Habit Tracker Dashboard

A summary of your habits for every month, filled in automatically.

How it works

Step 1: Start by going through the Initial Setup and choosing the month and year your template will begin. Dates across all 12 months will fill in automatically.

Step 2: At the beginning of every month, use the Calendar tab to map out the big picture by adding key tasks, events, and deadlines.

Step 3: Use the Daily Planner tab to set your goals for the month, then plan each day with a daily schedule and a to-do list.

Step 4: Use the Habit Tracker tab to track your habits, and see how your months compare in the Habit Tracker Dashboard.

Step 5: Once your 12 months are over, create a new blank copy from the Main Menu and start fresh.

Do Google Sheets templates work in Excel?

No, Google Sheets templates are only compatible with Google Sheets and will NOT work in Excel.

Even though Excel and Google Sheets are both similar in some ways, not all the features and formulas are compatible with each other.

If you’re familiar with Excel you should be able to figure out Google Sheets in no time. The basic spreadsheet behavior is the same and all you need to get started is a FREE Google account. 

With the templates I created all you really need to do is fill out your information and follow the instructions to learn how to use the features included, so there’s really not that much that you need to know in terms of Google Sheets.

If you’re uncertain, you can always watch the demo videos linked in the description to make sure you will be able to navigate the spreadsheet and that it will be a good fit.
