You DON'T have to start in January! Just choose the first month and year, and the rest will update accordingly.

You can create a new copy every 12 months and it will keep on working every year.

Make sure to check out the sections in which you can track "non-daily habits" and "numeric habits", those are the best part 😊👩🏻‍💻✨

Please note: Each monthly tab will start on the first day of the month and will be divided in groups of 7 days. You can start on any month that you like, you don't have to start in January.

How it works

Get started in 3 steps:

Step 1: Set the month and year in which you want the template to begin. The other 11 months will update automatically.

Step 2: Go into your first monthly tab and make a list of the habits you want to track that month.

Step 3: Come back to the template every day and check the boxes for the habits you completed.

Additional feature:

You can use the Yearly Goals tab to keep track of your "Big Goals" for each month.

Do Google Sheets templates work in Excel?

No, Google Sheets templates are only compatible with Google Sheets and will NOT work in Excel.

Even though Excel and Google Sheets are both similar in some ways, not all the features and formulas are compatible with each other.

If you’re familiar with Excel you should be able to figure out Google Sheets in no time. The basic spreadsheet behavior is the same and all you need to get started is a FREE Google account. 

With the templates I created all you really need to do is fill out your information and follow the instructions to learn how to use the features included, so there’s really not that much that you need to know in terms of Google Sheets.

If you’re uncertain, you can always watch the demo videos linked in the description to make sure you will be able to navigate the spreadsheet and that it will be a good fit.
