How it works

Get started in 3 steps:

  • Step 1: Add your important events for the month in the Calendar Tabs.
  • Step 2: Create your daily schedules and to-do lists in the Daily Planner tabs.
  • Step 3: Create a list of habits for each month and track them in the Habit Tracker tabs.

This template will work every year, all you have to do is create a new blank copy and set the new year and month in which you want it to begin.

What will you receive?

2. The file will be a PDF that contains: a link to access the spreadsheet and full step-by-step instructions.

3. To begin using your spreadsheet, just watch the video walkthrough and follow the instructions provided in the PDF.

It has everything I was looking for in a calendar and more.

I have been using different physical planners for years and even tried creating my own a year ago. Once I found this one it totally changed the game. I am able to track and plan my day flawlessly and even see we’re my time is being lost. Tracking my habits and having a calendar all in the same place is fantastic. I was so thrilled that it was a google sheets since I don’t use excel. If this is your type of organization style please buy it. It’s awesome!!!

Just lovely

Everything works perfect, it's really well thought out and I do use it daily. There's a little bit of room for improvement on the "daily planner" part - if you have to move around events and appointments it's not very smooth and easy to do so, so if you have a bit of a hectic life like me it can be a bit inconvenient. However I believe it's simply a limitation on google sheets part, not the creator.
I especially love the habit tracker, it has helped me out so much already, and the monthly goal is a game changer, it really sets your intentions!

This thing does what your paper planner does not do

Love it! It works as expected and since it is not a paper planner it is very flexible :)

I love that I am able to make small tweeks to it to fit my needs

Also love the aesthetic :)

Do Google Sheets templates work in Excel?

No, Google Sheets templates are only compatible with Google Sheets and will NOT work in Excel.

Even though Excel and Google Sheets are both similar in some ways, not all the features and formulas are compatible with each other.

If you’re familiar with Excel you should be able to figure out Google Sheets in no time. The basic spreadsheet behavior is the same and all you need to get started is a FREE Google account. 

With the templates I created all you really need to do is fill out your information and follow the instructions to learn how to use the features included, so there’s really not that much that you need to know in terms of Google Sheets.

If you’re uncertain, you can always watch the demo videos linked in the description to make sure you will be able to navigate the spreadsheet and that it will be a good fit.
