Tab 1 - Settings: Change any label across the template, from a single table.

Tab 2 - Habit Tracker: Start on any day (any year) and track up to 12 weeks within a single tab.

The habit tracker tab includes 4 sections:

- Habit Tracker
- Numeric Tracker
- Weekly To-Do List
- Room for notes

After 12 weeks you need to start over on a new tab. You can create as many copies of the Habit Tracker tab as you need!

How it works

Get started in 3 steps:

Step 1: Set the start date and number of weeks you want to track (you can track up to 12 weeks per tab).

Step 2: Make a list of your habits and set how many times per week you want to complete each one.

Step 3: Use the checkboxes to track your progress and adjust your goals every week!

Do Google Sheets templates work in Excel?

No, Google Sheets templates are only compatible with Google Sheets and will NOT work in Excel.

Even though Excel and Google Sheets are both similar in some ways, not all the features and formulas are compatible with each other.

If you’re familiar with Excel you should be able to figure out Google Sheets in no time. The basic spreadsheet behavior is the same and all you need to get started is a FREE Google account. 

With the templates I created all you really need to do is fill out your information and follow the instructions to learn how to use the features included, so there’s really not that much that you need to know in terms of Google Sheets.

If you’re uncertain, you can always watch the demo videos linked in the description to make sure you will be able to navigate the spreadsheet and that it will be a good fit.
