I wanted to bring together the BEST of both worlds: a layout that looks like a physical planner, and a Digital Planner that's smarter than a fillable PDF. So this is what I came up with. I hope you like it!

How it works

Step 1: Start by setting the month and year that you will be working with. Dates across the template will fill in automatically.

Step 2: Use the Monthly Calendar tab to plan an overview of your month by adding your top goals, key tasks, and important events.

Step 3: Use the 6 Weekly tabs to plan your daily schedules, create daily to-do lists, and keep track of your habits.

Step 4: Start fresh every month by creating a new blank copy of the template.

Do Google Sheets templates work in Excel?

No, Google Sheets templates are only compatible with Google Sheets and will NOT work in Excel.

Even though Excel and Google Sheets are both similar in some ways, not all the features and formulas are compatible with each other.

If you’re familiar with Excel you should be able to figure out Google Sheets in no time. The basic spreadsheet behavior is the same and all you need to get started is a FREE Google account. 

With the templates I created all you really need to do is fill out your information and follow the instructions to learn how to use the features included, so there’s really not that much that you need to know in terms of Google Sheets.

If you’re uncertain, you can always watch the demo videos linked in the description to make sure you will be able to navigate the spreadsheet and that it will be a good fit.
