I wanted to bring together the BEST of both worlds: a layout that looks like a physical planner, and a Digital Planner that's smarter than a fillable PDF. So this is what I came up with. I hope you like it!

Also available in Black and White.

Each month you start over by creating a new copy of the file (you end up with 12 files for the year).

Important: If you prefer to keep the entire year in the same file make sure to check out the Digital Annual Planner version instead.

Tabs Included

Each of the 6 Weekly Tabs includes:

  • Daily Schedule
  • Daily Checklist
  • A section for Daily Gratitude
  • Habit Trackers (21 habits per week)
  • 5 Numeric Trackers per week (Mood, Water, Hours of Sleep ...)

How it works

Get started in 3 steps:

  • Step 1: Set the month and year you will be working with.
  • Step 2: Add all your important events for the month in the Calendar tab.
  • Step 3: Plan each week by creating a daily schedule, filling out your to-do lists and adding the habits you will be tracking.

What will you receive?

Once you complete your purchase:

1.  You will receive an email with a link to download your file.

2. The file will be a PDF that contains: a link to access the spreadsheet and full step-by-step instructions.

3. To begin using your spreadsheet, just watch the video walkthrough and follow the instructions provided in the PDF.

Useful and easy to use

It’s so easy to use and so cuteee! If I would just suggest some improvements for the next templates, it would be nice if the texts on the dropdowns would be color-coded as well or can be edited on the customization page. Only if that’s possible, though. Thanks!!

Do Google Sheets templates work in Excel?

No, Google Sheets templates are only compatible with Google Sheets and will NOT work in Excel.

Even though Excel and Google Sheets are both similar in some ways, not all the features and formulas are compatible with each other.

If you’re familiar with Excel you should be able to figure out Google Sheets in no time. The basic spreadsheet behavior is the same and all you need to get started is a FREE Google account. 

With the templates I created all you really need to do is fill out your information and follow the instructions to learn how to use the features included, so there’s really not that much that you need to know in terms of Google Sheets.

If you’re uncertain, you can always watch the demo videos linked in the description to make sure you will be able to navigate the spreadsheet and that it will be a good fit.
